Pronounced as 'ray key’ ̶ “Rei” means universal life and “ki” means energy.
Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique rediscovered by Dr. Mikao Usui for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
Reiki treats the whole person including the physical body, emotions, mind and spirit as it by-passes the symptom and goes straight to the cause of the problem. This therapeutic healing modality creates many beneficial effects as it has a natural ability that can promote relaxation, boosts mood and sleep, assists with anxiety, fatigue, depression, eases physical pain, reduces mental stress and has been known to improve the quality of life and general wellbeing.
Each individual experiences Reiki Frequency sessions differently depending on their need at that time and their openness to healing in a holistic way. At most, most people experience a deep sense of rest and relaxation. Some people may feel sensations of heat, tingling energies throughout areas of their body, or some may experience seeing colours and other connections.

In your Reiki Frequency session, your practitioner will use the powerful sound healing instruments of the Alchemy Crystal singing bowls to bring about a deeper healing experience as we all know energy has no boundaries and can be received in-person as well as globally - commonly known as distant remote healing.
Your practitioner will be placing their hands on, or slightly above their client in a series of non-invasive hand positions. Reiki energy is then channelled through the hands of the practitioner and into the energy body of the client receiving the reiki session.
It’s important to note, reiki energy is intuitive and very intelligent and each session is very tailored to each individual’s needs. Energy will always flow where it is needed most.

This means you can jump on a live call remotely for distant healing with Julie via phone call, instagram video call or facebook messenger video call. Julie has tested her sound quality to transmit in perfect pitch for you to be able to receive Reiki Healing and experience a deeply relaxing treatment with the sounds of her Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls just as though you were in her physical healing space. Sorry no zoom platform for those wondering, the sound quality isn’t of high standard.
